New Kamailio module: sipt

Torrey Searle from Voxbone has added a new module to Kamailio development branch – the name is sipt.

The module offers configuration script functions for updating ISUP encapsulated in SIP (SIP-T or SIP-I) and it can be used to update various ss7 headers contained inside a message.
